Women and Minorities in Open Source

Although this video isn’t directly linked to education, I found it contained some very accurate descriptions of the minority experience in computing fields in general. In this conference talk, Kirrily Robert discusses two major open source projects whose group of contributors are at least 75% female. As a woman in computing and someone who is interested in increasing minority representation in the field, I find this information to be useful to ANY computer scientist.
